Due to the Article 289 of the Law of Capital Companies, that requires a second publication, goes public that the BUSINESS PUBLIC CORPORATION OF NAVARRE, the only shareholder of the following companies: NAVARRE AGENCY FOR TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS AND PAMPLONA TRANSPORT CITY, on the 20th of May of 2011 decided to approve the merger by takeover of both companies. As a result, the Pamplona Transport City is the company resulting from this process, according to the balances closed on the 31st of December of 2010 that were approved by its only shareholders, according to the Common Merger Project signed on the third of May of 2011.

In witness whereof, for all pertinent purposes, as a result of this merger by takeover, the absorbing company modifies the following articles: 1º "Naming", 3º "Head Office" and 4º "Objects of the companyl" (previously identified as article 2º) of its articles of association. In this sense, the absorbing company acquires the current corporate name of the absorbed company "NAVARRE AGENCY FOR TRANSPORTS AND LOGISTICS", a self-employed company, and moves its head office to Europe Square, 1, Alaiz building, 2º, 31119, Imarcoain, Navarre.
