The Pamplona Freight Village covers an area of 1.638.000 m² and with a planned investment, once fully developed of €415 million. Its development is planned in stages.

The first and second phase consists of 608,000 m², 100% developed.

The third phase already urbanised and in an advanced state of marketing, situated on a 636,000 m² site.

Finally and with inter-modality in mind, Ciudad del Transporte de Pamplona, S.A. has 394,000 m² reserved for the fourth stage.
