The Navarre Agency for Transport and Logistics (ANL)  is a public company attached to the Department of Public Works of the Government of Navarre. The Agency is the organism which develops the infrastructures and coordinates and supervises all the public logistical services of Navarre related to freight transport. ANL manages the Pamplona Transport City.

The CTP is a logistics hub reference in the North of Spain. Integrated into the European freight corridors, well communicated with high-capacity roads and high profile intermodal road-railway platform will be added, completed with intermodal pavilions with direct access to both methods of transport.
